Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight, use sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF greater than 25), and provide them with protective clothing. Even sunscreens with high sun protection factors do not provide complete protection against UV rays. Do not stay in the sun for too long, despite using sunscreen. Each sunburn causes lasting damage to the skin and should be avoided. Excessive sunbathing poses a serious health risk. Avoid contact with the eyes. Apply only to intact skin. Allow the sunscreen to fully absorb, especially before water activities.
